  • Flat screen printing machine is a brand new product independently developed by our company,of accurate printing,advanced technology and reliable stability.
 
  • Main drive system:Double motors drive,electron control,exact synchronization,high precision of printing. 
  • Scraping system:It's the direct printing operating institution and also an important unit for printing quality. 
  • Coating system:Gluing roller and cloth pressing-on roller are equipped at the entry in order that fabric sticks on the conveyor belt smoothly and continuously.
  • Hydraulic drive control system:The system is composed of screw pump,lifting cylinder,pressure valve,directional valve,magnetic valve,speed eeduction valve,filter,oil cooler and pressure garge.
  • Washing Unit:The unit is made up of brush roller,spray pipe,plastic doctor scraper and storage water tank.While working only after you let the button on the panel.on the "left" positionand turn on the brush roller motor,the whole machine runs.
