VK601—200MAGNETIC BAR ROATARY SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE

Suit for printing of natural fibres,chemical fibres and their blended woven fibrics and knitted fabrics.

Independent drive of screens,computer control. Magnetic bar scraping. Open screen head.
		Open screen heads fit for 5 kinds of pattern repeat screens: 640、726、820、914、1018.
This kind of doctor knife is more convenient for screen changing.Time is saved and benefit if risen. The main motors are AC frequency conversion motors and are connected directly with the frame.Middle tache is lacked.Design register precision is high.Screen heads are driven by motors indepently.Auto design register is controlled by computer,so perfect register can be achieved.
		Magnetic-bar scraping is adopted.Even coloration and high pulp yield percentage can be achieved.Lift mode is applied for magnetic table.Cylinder is made specifically,of small load rate,which makes the magnetic-table can be up and down more stably.
Touch screen can realize the dialogue between man and machine,carry through date-sending operation and spot management.It processes self-diagnose function,convenient for maintenance.
